Celebrating 22 years as licensed Nevada contractors, Suncrest Builders, Inc. is a full service General Residential Building Contractor specializing in the Design & Construction of Custom Single Family homes, Green Building Techniques, Energy Efficient Design, Structural Integrated Panels (SIP), Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) and other innovative technologies. Suncrest Builders is an Energy Star Contractor.

The Team
Greg Bischoff brings over 3 decades of building experience in residential as well as commercial design and construction work to our business. He has designed many of the single family residences that Suncrest Builders, Inc. have built or re-built since 1994.
Greg has completed courses for Certificates of Instruction from CleanEdison in Solar Photovolaic as well as Solar Thermal in addition to his Energy Star certification.
Vicki Bischoff is an Interior/Exterior Design Professional with more than 25 years experience. Prior to work with Suncrest Builders, she was a project coordinator and then Vice President of Field Operations for a National Executive Portrait Studio. Coordinating teams to help ensure a beautiful creation has always been a natural talent for her.
Mark Foreman, Project Manager, brings over 20 years of well-rounded residential and commercial construction experience to the team. Mark has personal experience in all the relevant residential building trades. Because of this knowledge he has acquired, he knows how to create a schedule that maximizes the potential of every working day. Mark ensures that the jobsite is ready for the next subcontractor to come in and do their work, on the first visit. Time is of the essence on all home improvement work, especially when daily home life is being disrupted. Mark will make sure that the project is as clean, safe and debris free as possible at the end of each day and your improvements are completed in a most timely manner. Although Mark is the manager of all of our remodel and addition projects he has been a great asset for assistance with our new home construction projects as well and is a highly valued member of our team.
Together, our Suncest Team has developed a reputation for creative design specializing in efficient use of space, innovative use of materials, meticulous organizational skills, leadership skills, and keen budget sensibility. With an extensive network of subcontractors, you are assured of having the best craftsman and quality materials specially selected for your project and your personal needs.Together, we will review every detail of your project as well as every dollar in your budget to insure that your project is the project of your expectations.
Interior and exterior design, as well as material selection for each home, is done with Vicki’s personal assistance and support. She will help ensure that your ideas and lifestyle needs flow into a consistent and quality visual design.
Time is of the essence in any construction project. As your Team Leaders, we see to it that all members of your team (design professionals, tradesmen and material suppliers) are working with a clear understanding of your goals and ensure that all hands know and understand all pertinent details of your project so that the process moves along as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. Suncrest serves as a liaison with construction lenders and insurance professionals as well.
Our accounting department provides a complete accounting of all monies spent during the course of construction as well as collects certificates of insurance and lien releases on behalf of our clients. Our accounting can be helpful for tax preparation.
By limiting the amount of projects we will commit to each year, we are able to maintain the close personal service we know to be essential for the design-build process to be a pleasant and rewarding experience for all involved.
